Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of our Sub-branch are unpaid volunteers who are elected by the members on a rotational Election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for three-year term in accordance with our 2026 Constitution
The board is responsible for the overall management and governance of the sub-branch. Their role is to ensure the organisation fulfills the objects of the league by supporting veterans and their families while remaining financially sustainable and compliant with relevant laws and RSL policies.
The Board Answers to the Members
Although the Directors are not paid, we currently hire two valuable staff members those being an Office Manager and Welfare Administration Officer. These staff members play a pivotal role in the administration and advocate and welfare of our members and the veteran community at both the Sub-Branch and the Advocacy and Wellbeing Centre.
Although the staff are not Sub-Branch members, they are treaty as part of the Sub-Branch family and have the full support of the Board and our members.
